General fitness information, not medical care
P2S Fitness provides general training information, workout logging, and activity tracking. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, rehabilitate, or prevent medical conditions. Using the app or reading a program does not create a clinician–patient relationship or provide individual exercise clearance.
Exercise and rucking involve injury risks
Strength training, calisthenics, conditioning, and carrying a loaded ruck can cause injury, including serious injury. Relevant risks include muscle and joint injuries, falls, equipment problems, overexertion, and heat or weather exposure. Load, pace, terrain, fatigue, technique, and your health can change the demands of an activity. A recorded workout or an app metric is not proof that an activity is safe.
Check what is appropriate for you
If you have a health condition, injury, symptoms, concerns about exercise, or have been inactive, discuss a new program with a qualified health professional. Follow any restrictions or guidance they give you. Begin at an appropriate level and increase demands gradually. Choose exercises, pack weight, resistance, distance, and intensity you can manage with controlled technique.
Use safe equipment and surroundings
Check your equipment and training space, use suitable footwear, and secure carried loads. Use qualified instruction or a spotter when an activity calls for it. Plan outdoor routes for weather, terrain, visibility, and access to help. Manage hydration, recovery, and heat exposure. Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you from traffic, equipment, or your surroundings.
Stop when something is wrong
Do not push through sharp or unusual pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, or unusual or severe shortness of breath. Stop the activity and seek appropriate medical help. Seek emergency care for severe or urgent symptoms. P2S does not detect emergencies or contact emergency services for you.
Programs, custom imports, and results
Built-in programs are general training options. They do not account for every user’s health, recovery, workload, technique, or sport schedule. Review a program before starting and adapt training with qualified guidance where needed. Check all imported or custom exercises, sets, repetitions, rest periods, and instructions before using them. Inclusion in P2S does not mean third-party programming has been checked or endorsed.
Fitness results differ between people. P2S does not guarantee injury prevention, weight change, performance improvement, readiness for duty, or passing a fitness test. Training content is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical guidance, or an employer’s requirements.
Tracking has practical limits
Watch and phone sensors, GPS, permissions, connectivity, and environmental conditions affect available metrics. Heart rate, distance, pace, elevation, and energy estimates can be missing or inaccurate. Use your own judgment and appropriate professional advice; do not use P2S as your only navigation tool or medical monitor.
Your choices and your legal rights
You decide whether, where, and how to exercise, and whether to follow or modify a training plan. Understanding the risks does not remove rights that applicable law protects. This notice is general risk information, not a promise that injury will not occur or a blanket release of liability.
Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For questions about the app or its training content, contact P2S Support.
