1. About P2S and these terms
Prepared to Serve (P2S Fitness) provides workout logging, training programs, custom workout tools, and ruck tracking. These terms describe use of the P2S website and training content. The app is published by the developer identified in its App Store listing. Contact P2S through Support with questions about these terms.
Your license to the app is governed by the license agreement applicable to your App Store download. These website terms do not replace that agreement, Apple’s applicable terms, or rights you have under consumer law.
2. Training information and personal responsibility
P2S provides general fitness information and recordkeeping tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, personalized medical advice, or supervision. A program’s availability in P2S does not mean it is suitable for every person. Review the Exercise & Injury Disclaimer before using training content.
Choose activities, resistance, pack weight, pace, equipment, and training volume appropriate to your ability, health, and surroundings. Seek qualified instruction when needed. Training results vary, and P2S does not promise injury prevention, a particular fitness outcome, or qualification for any military or public-safety standard.
3. App download, trial, and Pro purchases
P2S is free to download. The seven-day full-access trial begins when you start it in the app. The trial does not automatically renew or charge you. Continuing Pro access after the trial requires an optional one-time lifetime Pro unlock, currently $49.99 USD in the United States. There is no monthly or yearly subscription. Local prices and applicable taxes are shown in the app or Apple’s purchase screen before purchase.
Apple processes App Store payments. Purchase, refund, eligibility, and restoration are subject to applicable Apple terms and consumer law. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase if you need to restore an eligible unlock. Contact P2S Support for entitlement issues. Lifetime Pro describes the app’s non-subscription unlock; it is not a promise that every future device or operating-system version will be supported indefinitely.
4. Content and permitted use
P2S branding, original artwork, website text, and training materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website and training content for your own lawful personal training. Do not sell, redistribute, or present P2S materials as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
You retain rights in workouts, notes, and other content you create. Only import or share material you have the right to use. A workout imported from an article or another source is not reviewed or medically approved by P2S; check exercises, sets, reps, timers, and instructions before training.
5. Tracking, estimates, and availability
Distance, pace, elevation, heart rate, timing, and other metrics depend on device sensors, permissions, connectivity, and conditions. Energy expenditure and similar calculated values are estimates. Data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on P2S as your only navigation tool, emergency system, medical monitor, or indicator that exercise is safe.
Features may vary by device or operating-system version. Website access and device communication may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general training content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or a particular result.
6. Your records and privacy
P2S training records are stored locally on your device. Removing the app, losing a device, or changing devices may affect locally stored records. Review the Privacy Policy for information about training records, Apple Health, location, device communication, and website analytics.
7. App Store licensing and external services
The app uses Apple services, including the App Store, and can use Apple Health and Apple Watch features when supported and permitted. Those services have their own terms. Apple provides a Standard End User License Agreement for apps where a custom agreement is not supplied; review the license applicable to the P2S listing.
References to military service and public-safety work describe the app’s purpose and its creator’s experience. They do not imply endorsement by the U.S. military, a government agency, or an employer.
8. Legal rights and limits
Nothing in these terms or the exercise disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, waives mandatory consumer protections, or replaces rights provided under the applicable app license. Acknowledging exercise risks does not, by itself, waive legal rights or establish that a particular activity is safe for you.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this website information as the product changes. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law or the agreement governing a completed purchase. Questions can be sent to aodigital.lab@gmail.com.
